Housekeeping is included twice a week with your stay. Daily service can be added for a fee.

"The Picante" which offers several different cruises each day including cocktail sunset sails and
whale watching.
WHALE WATCHING
From December to April, the waters of Zihua become home to Humpback Whales enjoying the warm waters of Mexico. Other types of whales, dolphins, sea turtles and many species of birds also frequent these waters.
SPORT FISHING
Sport Fishing is a popular pastime in the Zihuatanejo area. Many guided tours lead groups to the fish of a lifetime in the deep, blue waters. Pacific sailfish, dorado (mahi-mahi), black and blue marlin, and yellowfin tuna fill their boats.
GOLF
Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed this par 72, 6,898-yard Palma Real Golf Course, which in fact, is a former coconut plantation that retains its natural lakes, lagoons, and lush tropical vegetation alongside the scenic Pacific coastline.
TURTLE RELEASES
September through April watch as nearly 500 hatchlings take their first steps towards the ocean nightly on nearby beaches. The female sea turtles will return to this very beach to nest in the future.
HORSEBACK RIDING
The horseback-riding adventure takes you through Playa Larga beach, coconut plantations, and mangrove trees in the Zihuatanejo area. Pass pleasant landscapes of mountain ranges, a lagoon, and the ocean. The tour is suitable for both beginner riders and the more experienced alike.

Zihuatanejo, its people and culture captured our hearts many years ago.
After finding "Zihuatanejo" on a list of "Most Incredible Undiscovered Destinations",
my husband Paul and I began vacationing here often. Knowing that this is "our special place" we were married here with our families and close friends in attendance.
After years of looking for just the right location to make our home, we found this beautiful property. Villa Teresita is located in the secure, gated community of Cerro Del Vigia. With stunning views of the Zihuatanejo Bay and easy access to many beaches and the town of Zihua, "Villa T" is the ideal location to have the best of both worlds, view and location.
