Booking and Payment Policies

All reservations will be confirmed upon the receipt of 50% of total cost with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. All holiday deposits will be forfeited.

  • Pool towels (striped) provided (not to be used on the beach and not to be removed from property). $15.00 charge for missing or sandy beach towels

FAQ'S

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT

We recommend Angel with Ixtapa Ground Services. Email: ixtapatransfers@yahoo.com. He has cars, suburbans and vans.

Taxis are unionized, therefore airport taxis can take people to their destination. Generally cabs can handle 4 people and they all have a small trunk.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

You will be met and greeted by our House Manager, Gloria who will give you additional information upon arrival.

She will also handle your check out and departure.

WATER

We provide plenty of potable water for drinking and cooking. In addition, the individual rooms are stocked with bottled water.

TOWELS & LINENS

We provide all linens and towels (whitw)  for use  in the rooms and pool towels (striped which are not to be used on the beach and not to be removed from property). $15.00 charge for missing or sandy beach towels

CASH & CREDIT CARDS

Pesos can be obtained at the Airport. They have the best exchange rate.

Credit cards are accepted in Zihua and Ixtapa, though pesos are preferred and you will get better prices in pesos.

We highly encourage paying restaurants with credit cards and gratuities in pesos.

  • Be sure to notify your bank/credit card company that you will be traveling in Mexico.

Breakfast  Service - $10 per person plus groceries and gratuity

Lunch Service -  $10 per person plus groceries and gratuity

Dinner Service - $120 Flat fee plus groceries and gratuity (up to 8 people)
